Peperomias

Native to many tropical and subtropical regions, mainly in central America and Northern South America. They are relatively low maintenance and pest 

resistant. Best in medium to bright indirect light and should be protected from direct sunlight. Prefer warm temperatures and medium to high humidity. Not frost tolerant. Allow the soil to dry slightly between waterings. Be cautious of overwatering. 

The peperomia has succulent-like leaves that indicate that these plants don't need frequent watering to maintain vigor.
